By purchasing at Tina Tictone Studio , you automatically accept the following terms and conditions. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can pay using Pay Pal.
PURCHASE
In order to purchase in the store you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed you will receive an auto-generated order confirmation via email. When your purchase has been accepted and we have made your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace number.

CONFIRMATION
When confirming your purchase you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you. Shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

Colours
We cannot guarantee that colours in the website are fully equivalent to the actual colours. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer or other device. Also each piece is unique and variations might occur.

PRIVACY POLICY
For you to place an order with Tina Tictone Studio we need the following information: name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
We record your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you when you place an order. Personal information registered with Tina Tictone Studio are kept for five years, after that the data will be deleted. We save your e-mail address to i.a. send you an order confirmation as well as notice you when your order has been shipped. Your name and address will show on a label of your package with your order. We cooperate with different companies which process and file data. These companies process data solely on our behalf and may not use personal data for their own purposes. We only use your information to deliver your order and to provide the customer service you deserve.
When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when submitting your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. Tina Tictone Studio prioritises data privacy and confidence. At the same time, we want to give you the best possible experience when you visit our website. Therefore, we collect and use information when you shop in our webshop, including expediting your order and registering your preferred functions, etc., as well as sending marketing material and other information on our products and activities if you have given us your explicit consent. The Director and the staff of Tina Tictone Studio have access to the information recorded about you. We do not store customer data encrypted.
We do not transmit encrypted customer information.
Information provided to Tina Tictone Studio is never disclosed or sold in any way to third parties, and we record any sensitive personal information. As registered with Tina Tictone Studio you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. Time of Delivery
The delivery guidelines are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but times can differ depending on conditions which are out of the control for Tina Tictone Studio.
Tracking
All of our shipments can be tracked with our shipping partners.
Undelivered Orders
You will be responsible to cover a second delivery attempt if you forget to pick up your package in time or your package is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address.
If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. If you wish a refund, you will still need to notify us. In this case, shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.
Damaged Products or Parcels
We ship all our pieces in protective packaging to secure they will arrive in perfect condition. However, if you for any reason receive a damaged relief which does not correspond to your original purchase, please contact us at tina.tictone@hotmail.fr as soon as possible or the latest within 2 days from the date of received delivery. Please document all damages, including the outside packaging and include them in the email to us. Without images of both product and packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the day that you received the relief(s) from us.
If you would like to make a return or an exchange, please contact us at tina.tictone@hotmail.fr within the stipulated time with your order number and name of the product that you would like to return and we will send you further instructions.
The piece(s) must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective box. No tape is to be attached to the product. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.
Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs are to be paid by you). If you wish a refund, we will only refund the amount paid to Tina Tictone Studio. Any local VAT and customs fees is your own responsibility to get refunded.
